I received my Beatles Anthology 2 In the mail today,
and realized that this song was not piano as I originally
thought.  So here it is.  Strange but awesome chords.  Paul
actually tunes down a full step and play in the key of G for
this, so if you want to do that it'll sound more like the
real thing.
